Locally owned and operated by Hélène & Dan Payton in Leander, Texas, just outside of beautiful Austin, Texas. Hélène M. Payton is our president. She brings an expertise to our customers that is unheard of with over Thirty-two years experience in the mortgage industry. Texas One Mtg. was established in November 1995. We incorporated as Mortgage Lending of Texas, Inc., dba, Texas One Mortgage Company in November 1999.

Our website was launched in May 1996. It is our intention to design an evolving website that is not only informative and helpful to anyone purchasing or refinancing a home, but is also a tool to simplify the application process. We use high tech systems to speed and simplify the process - including automated underwriting and online electronic digital signing for our loan application packages.
