Hi Helene,

I just wanted to thank you and Dan for your professional service and for getting us such a great rate and terms on our loan. We really fell satisfied with the outcome, although it took long enough to get there! (Note from Texas One: The home needed a new septic system that took 6 weeks to complete.) The GFE you provided to us (and promptly whenever circumstances changed) was on target with the final closing costs assessed by the lender. It's always with some amount of trepidation that I shop for mortgage loans because you hope you're getting someone who can get you a rate that you feel is among the lowest out there and doesn't "surprise" you at closing with extra fees, etc. We've all heard the horror stories.

Felix and I would happily use your mortgage company again and will recommend you to anyone we know is shopping for a loan.

Subject: Finally Closed!!

Just wanted you to know we finally go all the paperwork signed, sealed and delivered. We waited 1 hour(at the title co) and then at 12:00 pm, we started the process. Anyway, we got through it and now we get to move in. I can hardly wait!!! You have been great thru the loan process, my husband and I are truly thankful that you made it so easy for us.

Just a note to say thanks so much for all your efforts in helping us obtain a home loan with the TXVLB. When trying to get a VA loan the whole mortgage playing field changes, and when you mention Texas Veterans Housing Assistance Program many lenders have no idea what you are talking about, and or readily give you some misinformation. When I finally found the Texas One Mortgage Co website I knew I was at the right place. Your fees were roughly half that of a major mortgage firm I had been dealing with, and your customer service and responsiveness to our needs and questions far surpassed the national firm as well.
Again, we really appreciate your services and will consider Texas One Mortgage above all others for any future mortgage needs.

Two years ago ya'll went above and beyond working with our elderly out of town seller and walking her through each step of the process because no real estate agents were involved in the transaction. The knowledge you both have of a very complicated and labor intensive process is commended. You both went completely out of your way to ensure that every step of the process of ensuring our timely and very intensively short process was done. As you know personal service is almost a lost art. In fact, these days there appears to be a trend to isolate the business from the customer. What with phone mail, email, and the like, the personal touch of a simple phone call to update the customer on his account is almost non-existent. Yet, there were no times I could not reach you live.
